Petrobras Tambau

Brazil

Landmark: Second full subsea field development from Petrobras.

Tambaú Project is a gas production system developed to increase the Brasil Gas production independence. It is located 160 km from São Paulo State Coast, with 1,500 m water depth. The field is an HPHT - High Pressure, High Temperature development with 10,000 psi and 300oF, that demands high technological solutions. The manifolds and subsea trees have multiplexed subsea control modules (SCM), Thermal Isolation and HIPPS - High Integrity Pipeline Protection System.

This is the second Petrobras project with rigid jumpers connecting manifolds and PLETS.

Water Depth: 1499 m - 1499 m (4920 ft - 4920 ft)
Tree Pressure: 10000 psi
Tree Type: EVXT
Tree Count: 4
Tree Bore Size: 5" x 2""
Hydrocarbons: Gas
