Anadarko Lucius Spar

U.S., Gulf of Mexico, Keathley Canyon Block 875 

Landmark: FMC Technologies’ full project support for Anadarko's largest spar built to date.

The Lucius field is located approximately 275 miles southeast of Galveston, Texas in Keathley Canyon (KC) Block 875 in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico in approximately 7000 feet of water. The field will tie back to a new host facility (SPAR), the first of two new facilities under Anadarko’s 'Design One, Build Two' philosophy. The spar is designed for 80,000 bopd and 450 mmcf/d of natural gas. The initial development includes 6 production wells, 2 production manifolds, and associated tie-in equipment.
