CNR Thelma

ENI Thelma

U.K. Block 16/17

Landmark: FMC Technologies’ first subsea tree sale to ENI

The Thelma subsea production system is comprised of five production wells located at one six-slot template. The spare well slot was designed for expansion to four future wells. Since Thelma is located 7 miles (12 km) from the Tiffany platform, the production wells are connected to the Tiffany host platform via a manifold system and two flowlines. The subsea facilities are controlled and monitored from equipment located on the Tiffany platform.

The system features a topside control system that was integrated with the existing process control system. The project was designed for diverless installation, maintenance and intervention.

Thelma has now been taken over by CNR, previously ENI.
