IPT Jubilee

West Cape Three Points and Deepwater Tano 

Landmark: Subsea production systems delivered from Subsea OnDemand

Jubilee is located in the Gulf of Guinea's Tano Basin, approximately seven miles off the Ghanaian coast and 59 miles southwest of the port city of Takoradi.

The project is supported by an Integrated Project Team (IPT) of Kosmos Energy, Tullow Oil, Anadarko and Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).

It is the first major Ghanaian deepwater field for the industry.

All manifolds, riser bases, subsea controls, topside controls and majority of the subsea trees will be delivered from FMC Technologies' Subsea OnDemand (ahead of project schedule).

  • Nine enhanced horizontal subsea production trees plus one spare
  • Two enhanced horizontal subsea gas-injection trees
  • Six enhanced horizontal water-injection trees plus one spare
  • Design and fabrication of four-slot manifolds:
    • Five production manifolds
    • Two water-injection manifolds with mudmats
    • One gas-injection manifold with mudmat
  • Two 10-slot riser bases
  • Sixty-eight gate valves (5" and 4")
  • Topside hydraulic power unit
  • Subsea power and communications unit
  • Master control station
  • Three topsides umbilical termination assemblies
  • Subsea control modules and tree mounted controls for each tree
  • Umbilical termination assemblies for all drill centers and riser bases
  • IWOCS and installation tooling
