New development is only considered as fit for purpose for a specific technology qualification after the technology has been demonstrated towards required acceptance criteria through a successful completion of a Technology Qualification Program (TQP). Over many years, we have developed industry leading capabilities for technology qualification of separation technologies, including TQP activities for some of the most challenging applications.
We are well-familiar with technology qualification processes, such as DNV RP A203, and similar internal process developed by the major oil companies such as Statoil, Total, Shell and others. Our R&D and engineering team has competence and experiences that enable us to execute effective qualification programs in close cooperation with the oil companies for any separation application. Within technology qualification, our expertise includes documentation of the qualification procedure, in-house modeling and simulations, laboratory and full scale testing, and complete documentation of the qualification program.
As examples, our experience base include the TQP activities for the Tordis, Pazflor and Marlim subsea separation projects as well as similar TQP activities for a large number of topside applications.
