Our motivated and knowledgeable project-managers will take care of awarded projects. Together with the project management team they are responsible for:
- Single-point of contact towards customer during project execution
- Establishing and keeping the project timetable
- Document control
- Procurement at approved CDS sub-suppliers
- Expediting of fabrication progress
- Final Inspection of the equipment before shipment
- Packing / Shipping arrangements
- Coordination of installation supervision personal at clients site (on/offshore)
