The remarkable flexibility of Syntron® Vibrating Feeders extends to their control systems. The wide variety of Syntron controls offered for these units clearly sets them apart from competing models. You may choose between standard manual controls which are furnished with Syntron feeders, and a number of automatic control systems. Both types provide the instantaneous feed control required in bulk material processing. Standard manual controls include an operating switch, fuse, adjustable control to vary the amplitude and all the necessary electrical components. Simply connect the control box to an electrical source and to the feeder for quick, complete installation.
Automatic controls are compatible with handling systems that use control signals initiated by external sensing devices or instrumentation. Special control arrangements are available for the automatic, sequential operation of a group of feeders.
