FMC Technologies provides versatile, efficient feeding solutions for a broad range of processing and automation applications, from the most common to the most challenging bulk materials in industry. Ranging from light-duty to heavy-duty, Syntron® and Link-Belt™ feeders are on the job around the world, around the clock, maximizing productivity with proven, reliable feeding solutions.
Apron Feeders
are ideal for handling bulk loose materials containing large, heavy or sharp lumps for installations where they must withstand the impact of heavy materials falling some distance and for receiving and feeding hot materials.
Belt Feeders
are known for their smoothness of operation and uniformity of discharge; they are used below bins or hoppers to measure the flow of the material. They handle virtually all materials except those which are too hot, contain exceptionally large lumps, or are very light and fluffy.
Rotary Plow Feeders
are designed for dependable, high-capacity reclaiming of bulk materials in tunnels, under stock piles, and from beneath long storage bins. This type of feeder is particulary advantageous for handling materials that tend to pack or arch.
Rotary Table Feeders
are most often used with round, vertical bins and for handling materials that have a tendency to arch, such as damp sand or wood chips.
Syntron Light-Duty Feeders
offer unmatched flexibility, making these units ideally suited for a number of applications and materials. Typical uses include feeding, mixing, blending, batching, grinding, packaging, flaking, freezing and drying applications.
Syntron Heavy-Duty Feeders
are ideal for feeding a wide variety of bulk materials from storage piles, hoppers, bins and silos. Rugged and low-maintenance, these feeders are backed by years of service-proven performance in harsh environments.
Link-Belt Screw Feeders
are modified screw conveyors, compact and totally enclosed to control the flow of material at constant or variable rate from track hoppers, storage hoppers, bins or tanks. They are suitable for handling a wide variety of materials ranging from fines to a combination of fines and lumps.
