FMC Technologies supplied the coal handling system for a new power plant in the Philippines.
The plant consists of a single unit producing over 440 MW of electricity. The system includes: coal receiving, storage, and reclaim conveyors, belt weigh scales, magnetic separators, dust suppression, dust collection, fire detection and fire protection systems.
