Asset Management - Tracking and maintaining the volume of flowline equipment used in high-pressure pumping services is a major undertaking. FMC provides asset management, a cooperative program where specially trained FMC personnel inventory, track, and maintain customers’ flowline assets at their facility or in a designated FMC facility. Asset management is helping customers worldwide significantly increase equipment utilization rates and service life while reducing total costs and safety concerns.
Greasing Services - Proper greasing of flowline products such as swivel joints and plug valves will not only ensure maximum performance, but also will extend the life of the product. Flexible onsite mobile greasing programs are provided through Integrated Services in order to fit any customer’s needs and schedule.
Spare Parts - Chiksan® and Weco® flowline products are manufactured to precise dimensional tolerances using specialized materials of construction, unique machining processes, and strict quality control measures. Periodic repair using genuine FMC spare parts, along with routine maintenance, can extend the service life of these specialized products. To quickly repair an asset, FMC’s service centers and mobile units stock a full range of FMC spare parts. Plus, FMC only uses factory OEM parts when repairing an asset, regardless of the original manufacturer.
