e‑BLEND® is is a microprocessor-based controller that is preloaded with proven proprietary blending software. The conntroller incorporates FMC’s extensive blending experience and improvements for accurate monitoring and provides dynamic flow control of all blend components while maintaining on-spec product blends from start-up to shut-down.
e‑BLEND® has been developed specifically to provide control for in-line blending applications and will be supplied to pre-configured and ready for installation. All that is required of an operator to blend finished product is to recall the proper finished product by name or formula number, enter the batch size, identify the destination, and start the system.
