WinBlend® System Seven was developed as a fully scalable control system to manage plantwide blending control operations requiring robust processing and distributed control. We have developed our System Seven platform to tackle full plant control of large integrated blending plants. Extensive research and experience has gone into the development of this next generation system providing superior real-time control and management of blending, metering, truck loading and unloading, ancillary control functions, and inventory of liquid assets within the plant. System Seven offers a broad library of application software modules to expand system control and add all the functionality your application may require.
On-line product analyzer measures and provides parameters readings of the blended product. These readings are sent to the Optimizer PC over a communications link to control the quality of the blended products.
For large scale applications, WinBlend® System Seven can be integrated to Distributed Control System (DCS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to optimize plant operation and improve operation efficieny and decision making.
