Training

Automation and Control offers standard product and project-specific training at our offices or at the customer's site. Training consists of small classes conducted by professionals who are experienced at designing, configuring, installing, and supporting our systems. Classes run from one to five days.


Support

Our policy is to provide our customers with the highest possible level of support on all issues in order to resolve those issues in the shortest time possible.

Maintenance contracts are customized to meet the specific needs of individual customers and/or sites, and can include:

  • Access to all major and minor software releases
  • Upgrades performed by a product specialist
  • Access to the online knowledgebase of product documentation and application notes (FUEL FACS+ and UCOS)
  • Secure access to our FTP site containing updates, bug-fixes, major and minor releases, and related downloads
  • Onsite preventive maintenance and system check by a product specialist
  • Discounted engineering/support labor rates
