This Unihead (UH) Drill-Thru wellhead incorporates some of the most recent wellhead innovations.  For example, the UH-3 uses an internal latch sealing mechanism, along with a Metal End Cap Seal.  This provides a method of sealing in higher pressures and more extreme environments than allowed by elastomer seals, but without the price tag of complex metal-to-metal packoffs.
