With a solid-body mandrel hanger and integral S-Seals, this version of the DTO wellhead offers standard features, creating the basis for this rig-optimizing line of wellheads. The top tubing head, qualified to 7-1/16" 5,000 psi or 4-1/16" -10,000 psi, contains a split locknut connection between itself and the casing housing. The head requires no mechanical retention of the production casing hanger.
7" 10K DTO
This model allows up to 10,000 psi frac pressure using FMC’s patented isolation sleeve technology. Either a solid body or a fluted production casing mandrel hanger is used for this 7-1/16" 10,000 psi TCM-ET Tubing Head. The drilling spool segments the connection between the tubing head and the casing housing lock nut for mechanical retention of the production casing hanger.
