  • Forty-nine (49) Steel Flying Leads and integral (VCM)

  • Thirty (30) Umbilical Termination Assembly (UTA)
  • Nineteen (19) Parking Frames
  • Mechanical Jumper Connection (MJC) Systems along with FMC’s 2” TL gas lift ROV connectors

Chevron has teamed with FMC Technologies unique Brazilian local content strengths, knowledge, and experience to provide a complete subsea field development system for the Frade project. The Frade field is located in approximately 1,330 m (4,000 ft) of water, 370 km (230 miles) in the North Campos Basin offshore of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Frade project utilize’s FMC’s globally managed product standards, systems engineering, quality assurance and control, supporting manufacturing, supply, and project management processes. The FMC Macae facility base will support installation and life of field activities.
