Scope of Work

  • Eighteen (18) DVA production risers systems: 9-5/8" OD, including tieback connector, stress joint, riser joints, keel joint, tension joint, hydropneumatic tensioner system.
  • One (1) DVA surface BOP drilling riser system: 16-3/4" OD, including tieback connector, stress joint, riser joints, keel joint, tension joint, hydropneumatic tensioner system, BOP adapter.
  • Eighteen (18) DVA surface wellhead and tree systems: 9-5/8" x 4-1/16" producer and 5-1/8" injector, 5000 psi WP, including tubing head, tubing hanger, x-mas tree and wellhead access platform.
  • System integration, testing, installation assistance, service and maintenance.

Comments

The Kikeh area is located 120 km (75 miles) northwest of the island of Labuan, offshore Sabah, East Malaysia and lies in water depths of approximately 1,300 m (4,265 ft).  Murphy Sabah Oil Company Ltd. and Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd are partners in Block K.  Murphy is the operator of the block.  The Kikeh development consists of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel which receives production from wells drilled from a SPAR dry tree unit.  The SPAR has 24 slots. 

Additional equipment added: eight (8) DVA production riser systems and eight (8) DVA surface wellhead and tree systems.
