Jeffrey S. Beyersdorfer is Treasurer for FMC Technologies Inc. Mr. Beyersdorfer was elected to this position in May of 2008.

Prior to joining FMC Technologies, Mr. Beyersdorfer served as Vice President and Treasurer of Smurfit-Stone Container from 2002 to 2007. Previously, from 1997 to 2002, he was Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer for Premcor USA, Inc., a private-equity owned, independent oil refiner. Mr. Beyersdorfer also served as Vice President and Head of the energy investment banking group at A.G. Edwards from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Beyersdorfer holds a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the London Business School.
