Mr. Mooney served as Délégué Général—North America, Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux from March 2000 until his retirement in March 2001. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Mooney was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nalco Chemical Company. He serves on the Boards of Directors of FMC Corporation, The Northern Trust Company, Cabot Microelectronics Corporation and PolyOne Corporation and the Commonwealth Edison Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Exelon Corporation.
