FMC Technologies Automated Systems and RICO Equipment are pleased to announce the signing of a Teaming Agreement covering supply of heavy duty automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems servicing load capacities greater than 15 tons.

By joining forces, FMC Technologies provides the guided vehicle and host control hardware and software while RICO Equipment designs and builds the heavy duty vehicles.  The first system delivered as a result of this collaboration is in successful operation and included a 30 ton capacity vehicle.  The second system is currently being designed and includes three 75 ton capacity vehicles.
