Description: The course objective is to teach basic measurement principles needed for terminal loading rack metering. The course combines theory, hands-on training and live flow demonstrations that participants can readily use in the field to install, operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot Smith Meter™ products. Equipment covered includes Smith Meter™ PD and PRIME4 meters, meter service, pulse transmitters, load rack accessories, Smith Meter™  210 digital control valves, turbine meters for load rack service and an overview of the Smith Meter™  AccuLoad III including installation, operation, programming, blending, service and metered injectors.

Smith Meter™  AccuLoad III

Prerequisites:  Basic metering knowledge and familiarity with loading rack/batching operations.

Description:  The course objective is to teach installation, programming, operation, servicing and diagnostic techniques of Smith Meter™ AccuLoad III electronic load controllers. The course combines theory, hands-on training and live flow demonstrations which will provide an understanding of how AccuLoad fits into the metering system. Equipment covered includes AccuLoad III (Straight Product Loading, Sequential, and Ratio Blending), pulse transmitters and AccuMate software. The course will also include an overview of Smith Meter™ newest electronic preset, microLoad.net designed for single product, straight loading applications. The Ellerbek, Germany course is a week long course and features installation, operation, wiring, programming, troubleshooting and standard features of AccuLoad III (Straight Product Loading, Sequential, and Ratio Blending). The Ellerbek, Germany course will also include an introduction to Smith Meter™  newest electronic preset, micro.Load.net designed for single product, straight loading applications.

Description:  The course objective is to introduce and teach skills necesary for the installation, parameter setting and maintenance of Sening™ Tank Truck Products and Systems. Equipment covered includes Sening™ MultiFlow, MultiControl, NoMix andNoMix 2000, MultiSeal systems and mechanical components.

MPU Ultrasonic Gas Flowmeters   MPU Training

MPU Operator Training
Description:
The course will qualify the participants to operate the MPU ultrasonic gas flow meters, evaluate measurement data and understand meter alarms and error messages.  The one day course focuses on general ultrasonic measurement techniques, ultrasonic flow measurement with multi and single path meters, installation effects, basic MPU components and functions, calibration, testing, meter configuration, flow calculation, and alarm and error detection.

MPU Maintenance Training
Description:
The course will qualify the participants to perform basic trouble shooting on the MPU ultrasonic gas flow meters, replace transducers and main components, and maintenance.  The three day course will, in addition to the subjects in the MPU Operator Training, provide hands on training on MPU signals, electronic and trouble shooting, transducer replacement and database configuration settings.
