- Performance Awareness: Customers call us to verify the health of their measurement systems, including safety and environmental issues, questionable accuracy, inadequate flow capacity, operational inefficiency, excessive downtime, non-compliance and other issues.
- Survey & Report: FMC consultants check the condition and integrity of meters, provers, control systems, instrumentation, electrical fittings, wiring, insulation, power sources, valves, pipe spools, skid structure, walkways, and more. In addition to the physical components, we also evaluate procedures for operations (including metering, proving and calibration), maintenance, and maintaining environmental health and safety compliance. Our detailed report provides analysis and recommendations, and gives customers the information they need to make cost-effective decisions about their metering system.
- Request for Proposals, Qualifications, or Quote: After presenting our report, we meet with the customer to discuss the findings and our recommendations based on our experience with similar applications. - Proposal: Based on Customer needs, the FMC proposal includes a concise description of the changes and the work required, an explanation of benefits, clarifications related to specifications, pricing & delivery, terms & conditions, warranties, and an offer to assist in the evaluation of an RFP.
