FMC Technologies provides industrial dryers, coolers, roasters, and processors. We build standard and tailor designed units for a wide range of applications in mild steel or alloy construction. Our assembled units are as big as 3500 mm (11 feet-6 inches) diameter x 18,300 mm (60 feet -00 inches) long or as small as 790 mm (2 feet -7 inches) diameter by 2450 mm (8 feet -00 inches) long. Processing capabilities range from 45 kg (100 lbs) to over 91,000 (100 tons) per hour.

Our units process a variety of products. Foods and ingredients include products such as sugar, rice, cereals, grains, cocoa beans and nibs, citric acid, flavorings, mustard seed, and cooked wheat. Chemicals include products such as ammonium, sulfate, boric acid, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium phosphate, sodium phosphates, plastics, sodium hydroxide, potash, salts, and urea. Minerals include products such as coal, clay, petroleum and metallurgical coke, gypsum, sand, limestone, lead and zinc concentrates, pumice, and roofing granules.
We provide conceptual development, design, procurement, manufacture, replacement parts, installation and start-up of Roto-Shell and Roto-Louvre direct rotary Dryers and Coolers, Roto-Fin thru-Tube indirect Coolers, and Coal Fluid Bed Dryers.
