On-Spot Railcar Loading Stations

FMC Loading Systems remains the world's leading supplier of integrated fluid loading, measurement, liquid asset management and blending systems.
FMC Loading Systems designs and supplies innovative complete on-spot railcar loading stations with proven, leading edge technology by associating its loading, metering and process control equipment, as well as other equipment required to operate facilities.

FMC Loading Systems provides a complete range of On-spot Railcar Loading Stations for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, which incorporate metering equipment, process control and loading systems manufactured by FMC sister companies, notably Loading Systems and Measurement Solutions. This concept enables the customer to save time, effort and money by dealing with only one company.

There are two types of railcar loading stations:

  • "Landing stages": they have multiple loading points, either by the top or bottom - 3" or 4" - equipped with rigid loading arms
  • "On-spot": they have greater flow loading points - 6", 8", 10" - enabling to load simultaneously several railcars. These stations include railcar hauling systems, measuring systems, weighbridges or flow metering, fire protection equipment, control rooms, safety systems, main structures, drains & slop tanks, pumping stations, etc.

From a single, local operating station to multistations with control room and terminal management, these fully integrated systems offer reliable service and significant cost savings for a complete range of installations.
