FMC has developed new filling and decanting systems using the latest technology. The filling system is based on a fully automatic filling line for bottles drums and containers. The drum decanting system is capable to accurately decant a pre-determined quantity of additives from a drum with no cross contamination with the next drum to be decanted. These systems are characterized by their outstanding precision, reliability and security.

The Filling & Decanting Systems described here are delivered as complete skid mounted units, fully assembled and factory tested.

All systems are equipped with programmable stations that allow them to define the exact procedures necessary for any filling, decanting or emptying procedure. A single installation is capable of managing drums of varying capacities.

The FMC filling machines are delivered with their own control system to allow for smooth operations and safety of operators.
