FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced recently that is divested its Fast Latch Coupler (FLC) product line to Industrial Rubber, Inc. (IRI).
IRI, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, specializes in oilfield manufacturing for over forty years and is focused on providing equipment for oil and gas well cementing. The fast latch coupler compliments IRI’s core product family. The FLC decreases the rig-up time and increases the safety during the operation of a cementing head.
FMC Technologies is currently transferring all technical information to IRI. This process will be completed on the 17th of August. At that time all inquiries for the product should be directed to:
