FMC Technologies introduced its Mobile Inspection and Repair service in January 1996. Today a fleet of mobile units manned with specially trained personnel perform complete inspection and repair services for high pressure flowline equipment at customer locations throughout the United States. All services can be customized to meet your particular requirements. The result: You get a package of services which document inspection, testing, and repair with the goal of extending product life and reducing operating costs.

Preventative and Routine Maintenance
Fluid Technologies' service experts are available to make recommendations on general maintenance and daily repair of flowline products, ultimately resulting in longer life and lower costs.

Comprehensive Inspection Services
These services include complete inspection of all end connections, seal faces, and other surfaces for wear and damage.

Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurements
Wall thickness measurements are taken in multiple locations on each piece of equipment to check for erosion and to verify acceptable minimum wall thickness. Capabilities include data collection and downloading to PCs for record retention.

Pressure Testing
FMC Technologies' mobile units are capable of performing hydrostatic pressure testing of your flowline equipment.

Complete Repair
Each mobile unit is stocked with repair parts and service equipment for complete repair of your flowline products.

Documentation
Fluid Technologies provides detailed documentation of results for all products inspected, tested, and repaired via on-board PCs. Reports are available when the service is completed.
