CDS High Performance Internals

We’ve been supplying high-performance internals for separation vessels (production and test separators, scrubbers and mass transfer columns) since 1995. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes cyclonic internals, such as patented inlet cyclones and Spiraflow mist elimination cyclones, as well as the more conventional mesh-and-vane type mist eliminators.

Take the CDS approach and you’ll be able to downsize new separation equipment while maximizing the throughput of existing production trains.

CDS Inline separation

Our inline separators are based on compact cyclonic technology. Five types of inline separators are currently available:

– a Degasser that separates gas from a liquid stream.

– a Deliquidiser that separates liquid from a gas stream.

– a Desander that separates sand from any process stream.

– a Bulk Deoiler that efficiently separates oil from water.

– a Flow Splitter that improves the downstream flow regime.
