Jay A. Nutt is Vice President and Controller for FMC Technologies, Inc. He was elected Vice President in July 2009 and has served as Controller in August 2008, shortly after serving as Assistant Corporate Controller.
He previously served as Controller for FMC’s Energy System’s business from 2007 and as Energy Production Controller from 2001.
Mr. Nutt served as FoodTech Division Controller from 1997 to 2001. He also worked as Finance Manager for FMC’s former gold company from 1994 to 1996 and Manager of Financial Planning for FMC’s FoodTech division from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Nutt began his career with FMC in 1987 in the Corporate Controllers function and has served in various finance roles, including a financial analyst throughout his career at FMC.
Mr. Nutt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Loyola University.
